Diploma/ BSC in CSE/ EEE

  • To ensure customer support both indoor & outdoor within lowest possible time.
  • To attain all telephone calls, give online support.
  • To ensure all product test (Desktop & component related) & solve the problem as early as possible.
  • Update & store all service documents / file I manual / installation software / user guide & others if necessary.
  • Maintain registrar for support spares (In -out).
  • To provide report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) To RMA manager.
