  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Guide HR & Admin team.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement, review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Ensure staff development including training, assessment.
  • Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the company.
  • Supervise and direct the staffs to perform their duty smartly.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisal.
  • Formulate and Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
  • Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure to have the proper training.
  • Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

  • Assist with day to day operations of the compliance functions and duties.

  • Contribute to establish, implement & maintain an excellent working condition by upholding compliance related matters.
  • Coordinate & monitor Accord/ Alliance remediation works & having sound knowledge Accord/ Alliance basic requirements.
  • Proper establishment of the COC of the existing buyers.
  • Should have working experience in an export oriented (specially H&M and C&A based) readymade Garments Industry and handle the work independently.
  • Must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance at all times.
  • Sound Knowledge of latest Labor Laws, amendments.
  • Proper Knowledge of SIPP program (HIGG including monthly, by annual and annual data of performance) of H&M
