  • We are looking for competitive and experienced Sales and marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. Candidates for this role will be creative, charismatic, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in the latest sales and marketing techniques.
  • The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer\'s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify prospects & present our technology products to the customer.
  • Good Exposure in entire Digital Marketing including email marketing & internet marketing process.
  • Direct Selling/Marketing skills by understanding client\'s requirement.
  • Seek out new sales approaches and behavior and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits.
  • Ensure timely collection of all documents, information and payment from clients & submit required documents to assigned point of contacts within deadline.
  • Follow up the clients through phone call, email, etc. on a regular basis.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Bachelor/ Masters Degree (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

  • Develop sales plan to achieve monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales target of the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors\' activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the area.
  • Capable to maintain proper business relationship with existing distributor/dealer/retailer and dynamic in making new distributor/dealer/retailer to expand the market.
  • Always update management about the season wise promotional activities, develop and implement those to accommodate Sales Target.
  • Must submit daily/ weekly/monthly activities report to the top management.
