The Candidate should have a Master's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration and a qualified chartered Accountant or Qualified Cost & Management Accountant.

  • Involvement the following accounting activities:
  • Look after General Accounting and related activities that ensure to prepare monthly, quarterly as well as the yearly income statement and Balance sheet within the stipulated time.
  • Prepare and analyze forecasted cash flow, Income statement & Balance Sheet.
  • Conducting an annual and quarterly audit.
  • Prepare quarterly as well as yearly budget and establish budgetary control.
  • Establish and continuously improve accounting system.
  • Liaison with Auditors including public relations
  • Prepare management report quarterly as well as yearly.
  • Supervise to prepare and disburse Payroll.
  • Supervise to prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
  • Supervise and guide to maintain all Payable and Receivable ledger properly.
  • Ensure all business tasks such as invoicing, provisioning, vendor payment, automatic check processing, revenue posting, are done through tally and other excel software.
  • Coordinate to prepare financial statements, financial reports, Management reports and variance analysis.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
  • Design Chart of Account in accordance with the business requirement, Group reporting, and local government requirement.
  • Regional profitability analysis, variance analysis, and Group MIS Reporting.
  • Coordinate with other departments on various budget-related issues.
  • Coordinate with relevant team members to monitor and control all expenses based on the approved budgets.
  • Design Profit center Accounting and profitability analysis.
  • Control the group store and ensure the monthly closing and reporting.
  • Involvement the following financing activities:
  • Look after all the activities of the commercial department.
  • Deal with the bank regarding any project loan and working capital
  • Look after the all loan payment schedule.
  • Ensure the all statutory compliances of Bank and Rating.
  • Ensure all types of bank receive and payment.
  • Ensure all types of cash received and payment.
  • Involvement the following tax, VAT, custom and other related activities:
  • Look after Tax, VAT, custom, Insurance and other related issue and arrange to submit various reports to the Govt. Authority as per requirement.
  • Deal the corporate tax, VAT and custom like return submission, assessment, if required appeal, tribunal.
  • Ensure all statutory compliances of Tax.
  • Involvement the following secretarial activities (RJSC):
  • Liaison with Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and firms including public relations
  • Ensure all statutory compliances of RJSC like return submission, assessment completion, update the all RJSC schedule.
  • Involvement the following secretarial activities (SEC, DSE, CSE and others):
  • Look after the IPO processing activities with BSEC and all activities of share division.
  • Ensure all statutory compliances of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, and Issue Management.
  • Look after all the AGM activities.
  • Ensure the required Board meeting and related activities.
