Four years Diploma, Business & commerce background graduates. Must be Graduated/ Diploma from any government approved university/ institutions.

    • Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) Is an opportunity that is waiting to serve thousands of SMEs who don\'t have a formal job opening to Finance & Accounting. (Hands-on Training in Finance & Accounting, Budgeting, Cost Centers, Sale Purchase, etc.)

    • Experienced candidates will be given preference.
    • Professional Customer Service (Effective Communication Skill, Sales Skill, and Psychometric, Overview of BPO and Contact Center, Geographical Overview, etc.)
    • Professional Back Office Services (Basic Computer, Office Application, Marketing, Job readiness, Career development Workshop, Corporate Grooming session, etc.)
    • The training will be a part of your Skill Improvement and Career Development Process.
    • Extensive Training Courses for Customer Service, Back Office, Finance & Account Entry level for Fresh Graduates.
    • Participate regular basis on training sessions (Both theoretical & Practical).
    • Training Duration: 2.5 months. (200Hours to 220Hours)
    • Total Number of Classes: 55 class for SEIP training (5 Classes in a week for training) and rest of the class will be for product training.
    • Class Time: 1st slot 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 2nd slot 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
    • The minimum attendance required at training (80%) for successful completion.
    • Gaining service knowledge through theoretical and practical hands-on sessions.
    • Attractive and value-adding Professional Business Communication Course in English provided by internationally reputed training provider WSDA, New Zealand.
  • Maintain and scope with new insights and assessment from training facilitators.
  • Proving competency through different assessment programs under certified industry assessors.
  • Assessment of the trainees from industry assessors under the Bangladesh Association for Call Center and Outsourcing.
  • Certification in an authorization under Skills for Employment Investment Program, Ministry of Finance from Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing.
  • After successful completion of certification exam Trainees will be offered for employment on the basis of operations requirement.
  • Career development in (Service Sectors, Call Center Back office Management, IT Support, Training, Tele-marketing, Data entry, Credit collection, Online Customer Contact, etc.)

We are providing Skill Development Training for free under SEIP Project which is jointly funded by Bangladesh Government and Asian Development Bank.
  • SEIP training location will be at Kawran Bazar & Product training location will be at Nikunja 2, Khilkhet, Dhaka.
