B.Sc in Computer Science or Graduate in any discipline with IT Diploma and Vendor Certificate. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any discipline with a minimum of two years of proven track record as an IPT Engineer in the ISP or enterprise services sector is required. For deserving

  • Maintaining knowledge of voice including but not limited to IP PBX, contact centers, and Key Systems (Primary vendors: Avaya, Asterisk and flavors of asterisk or configurations
  • Maintaining knowledge of data networking as it applies to IP PBX and its systems
  • Provide contact center support to include but not limited to system administration, troubleshooting, and documentation for Highly Available installation of various systems. (Primary vendors: Avaya, Asterisk and flavors of asterisk or configuration)
  • Provide oversights to assigned Contact Center projects as defined by Company
  • Assist with collection and analysis of technical data in preparation of Contact Center OEM L2 and L3 support
  • Identify telecommunication infrastructure optimization opportunities
  • Design and implement configuration for Avaya Contact Centers, and other adjuncts at sites with the support of SI.
  • Conduct end-user training including demonstration of applications, headsets, and accessories functionality
  • Document changes, standard operation procedures, and assist lower level support with incident troubleshooting
