  •  Guide patients to specific service delivery points like registration booth, MDT rooms, Radiology & pathology lab., Orthotics and Prosthetics Department, Special Seating Unit, Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Unit, Neuro Unit, Sports Medicine & Rehab. unit), Occupational Therapy (Adult Unit, Child Unit) and Speech & Language Therapy Departments, Peadiatric Unit, Stroke Rehab. Unit, Spinal Cord Unit, Hand Therapy Branch, Rehabilitation Wing, Social Welfare Wing, Medical Services Wing etc.
     Every day round covering all service points, interact with patients and visitors, take note of difficulty, assist them and report to concerned departmental heads for improvements,
     Listen to patients\' history, complications and give them appropriate advice about available service of CRP,
     Act as an information booth for patients and visitors about CRP services,
     Act as a first contact point for new patients, visitors,
     Assist receptionists and others in managing patients,
     Direct and guide patients to the correct specialists, doctors, therapists or relevant department/unit/branch/wing,
     Respond with the appropriate standard of care for a specific case,
     Ensure that patients, guardians, visitors are greeted and accorded due support and cooperation promptly and courteously,
     To be readily available at all times to deal with problems, emergency or complaints,
     Take queries over phone and in need, forward those to relevant department/unit/branch/wing,
     Ensure effective liaison between visitors, patients and relevant departments (e.g. housekeeping),
     Perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/Management.
