  • Efficient in production planning and scheduling to ensure full machine utilization
  • Co-ordinate between different units to ensure on-time production and make immediate contingency plans when schedules change
  • Deploy process wise manpower and ensure production achievement against target for on time shipment
  • Analyze daily production achievement against capacity
  • Prepare hourly, daily and monthly production report

  • Effectively and efficiently monitor the activities of the Cutting Department.
  • Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
  • Maintain 100% Compliance of the Cutting department and its operations
  • Differentiate Fabrics as per Quality Segregation
  • Cross check the QC report with the physical receiving
  • Obtain QC approval for the Sample/Size and Bulk cut accordingly
  • Responsible for cutting production planning, scheduling, balancing and bottleneck management.

  • Maintain liaison with concerned Merchandiser, PM, Quality Manager and Factory
  • Create daily, monthly and weekly reports
  • Control & minimize absenteeism of down line, look after discipline, housekeeping & safety issues of cutting section.
