  • With guidance from ED and in consultation with BRAC Change Management Committee, develop organisational transformation plan and manage streamlining of the core business processes, systems, and operating models with the objective of enhancing the organisation\'s ability to pursue its long-term Goal and Vision.
  • Oversee, guide and monitor the on-going projects to advance financial viability of BRAC\'s programmes and management. Support programmes in revamping their Business Plans to enhance \"Demand-side financing\" (cost-recovery, service-insurance, social enterprise approaches etc.) in delivering the development programmes.
  • Enhance effective and efficient field operation of all programmes.
  • Support in migration of programmes and overall operations of BRAC to technology-based and data-oriented approaches which includes ERP implementation by programmes and management staff and adoption of additional real-time data for decision-making at all levels.
  • Provide stewardship to BRAC\'s critical assets and resources which includes BRAC field offices, infrastructures and fixed assets.
  • Supervise and guide the Director of Administration, State, Transport, and Safety-security. Also, oversee the Legal, Risk Management, and Government Stakeholders (including NGO Affairs Bureau).
  • Coordinate with the newly formed Programme Quality, Resource Mobilisation, and Learning (PRL) team for advancing the comprehensive organisational transformation process.
  • Coordinate with Chief People Officer (CPO) and facilitate Leadership Development, Staff re-orientation, and organisational culture change process as envisioned in the new strategy of BRAC.
  • Initiate and operate improved organisational management tools and processes to improve \"state-of-art\" organisational management practice.
  • Lead regular reviews of BRAC\'s preparation to respond to crisis and emergencies in collaboration with DMCC (Disaster Management & Climate Change).
  • Support ED and the Change Management Committee to keep up staff morale, positive work climate and create enthusiasm in managing organisational transformation process.
