B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ Masters in Marketing /Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline

  • Procure different construction, water treatment and other materials.
  • Maintain stock register, regular monitoring.
  • Prepare requisition whenever available materials are below threshold level
  • Store house maintenance and monitoring.
  • Collect quotation, CS making, including bill summary and prepare other supporting documents with bills and vouchers.
  • Handle conflict and stress management.
  • Maintain good liaison with LGI, beneficiary and host community, donors, different stakeholders and others.
  • Provide additional support to project activities time to time.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly procurement plan.
  • Prepare report on weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform other duties relevant to the project as required.
