  • Job responsibility as Company Secretary:
  • Ensure & maintain 100% statutory & regulatory compliance

  • Communication management: responsible for all written and verbal communication on behalf of chairman.
  • Convey Chairman\'s instructions to concerned official timely and effectively.
  • Liaison with prominent personalities (Govt. & Non Govt.) of the country considering business need.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the management/Board.
