  • Lead & guide HR Operations team to ensure implementation of human resources strategies by establishing accountabilities to provide HR services according to SOP; including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance management system, employee relations and retention, health and safety etc.
  • Ensure performance based work environment through facilitating development in existing performance management system as well as ensuring proper execution of existing PMS that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning etc.
  • Review & restructure compensation, reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions to bring expected performance & retain performer as well as to initiate more benefits within existing budget.
  • Prepare & initiate new HR policy aligning with company requirement as well as Ensure periodic update & communication of HR Policy to the employees.
  • Assess HR operational strength, identify improvement area of the existing process and prepare & update SOP of HR.
  • Assess team strength, identify improvement area of each team member, conduct TNA & train them to enhance output.
  • Work with Business Development & Operations team in initiation of operations for new business through identifying manpower requirement, providing phase wise talent acquisition plan & HR cost analysis report.
  • Prepare policy, guideline & framework for development of different module of HRMS software, identify bugs & conduct validation of each & every module of HRMS software and introduce HRMS software to user.
