  • Responsibilities related to general audit:
  • Prepare regular audit plans and seek the approval of those,
  • Review of the value of assets,
  • Detect financial irregularities in process/operations management of CRP and suggest remedies to management,
  • Review compliance framework and specific compliance issues,
  • Maintain updated list of all assets and inventory,
  • Make recommendations on increasing operational efficiency,
  • Make recommendations for more effective and efficient use of all resources,
  • Develop and obtain proper approval for goals, audit work schedules and financial budgets,
  • Keep current on trends in accounting and auditing,
  • Assist areas in developing monitoring plan and specialized training,
  • Coordinates activities of external auditors,
  • Responsibilities related to risk management:
  • Review and evaluate the management of key risks,
  • Identify, develop and seek the approval of efficient and effective risk evaluation, monitoring and management procedures,
  • Monitor high-risk areas implementation plans by examining transactions and reviewing procedures,
  • Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste and recommend controls to prevent or detect such occurrences,
  • Responsibilities related to internal control:
  • Systematic analysis of processes and associated controls systems prevalent at CRP,
  • Participate in or conduct evaluation and cost studies as directed,
  • Identify and report risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies,
  • Evaluates information security and associated risk exposures,
  • Responsibilities related to systems & processes:
  • Detect weak areas of systems and processes and recommend those to management,
  • Propose inclusion of modifications and updates in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),
  • Audit of new management areas to evaluate internal control system,
  • Remain abreast of audit related Statutory Regulatory Orders (SROs) in the field of customs, VAT, Tax etc.
  • Engage in continuous education and development staff members involving relevant department,
  • Provide support to the CRP\'s anti-fraud initiatives,
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required and asked by management

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • 1. Act to achieve overall sales target 33000 units of RAL for the year of 2017 under the guidance of the supervisor.
  • 2. To follow the policy, procedure and instruction manuals of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Management system to maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in the activities.

  • 7. Convince the transport manager/ transport officer about RUNNER Motorbikes focusing on more profit, more driving comfort, less maintenance and less run down time. Find out the decision maker and make appointment with them with the help of the TM/TO and continue a good relation with them.
  • 8. Update market information according to market segment wise, match existing product with customer requirement and pursue offer letter.
  • 9. Report timely to supervisor with daily visit report. The report contains the information of existing & potential clients, daily visit activity, & next day visit plan.
  • 10. Use technological support to acquire multitasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • 11. Follow up vehicle performance and ensure the free service whether that is taken timely or not.
  • 12. Complete the process to deliver the motorbike to customer, arrange the hand over of the vehicle physically.
  • 13. Handover vehicle documents and gift items timely to the right person with receiving document.
  • 14. Give more importance on after sales service and respond immediately if any problem occurs, and solve it with the coordination of the responsible person of service department.
  • 15. Get update about product knowledge and attain in regular training.
  • 16. Assist the supervisor to prepare the forecast of sales.
  • 17. Update the supervisor about the new area of the market & competitor market information.
  • 18. Guiding & assisting the subordinates to achieve monthly sales target
  • 19. Preparing daily visit report & helping the subordinates to ensure same
