  • Very good written & oral communication skill both in English & Bengali.
  • Intelligent, analytical and Proactive in solving problem/issues. Computer literacy on MS word, Excel, email, facebook, internet browsing & smart phone operation


Minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture preferable or Life Sciences

  • Recent graduates who want to pursue a long-term career in agricultural seed sector and willing to work in di erenteld positions throughout the country.
  • Understand and analyze vegetable production context and market, plan activities for market development and sales promotion,
  • Identify & select growing area, Dealer, Lead Farmer (LF) & mobilize farmers accordingly,
  • Collect wise market information, market share and competitor status & determine product demand,
  • Visit growing area & ensure technical support, organize promotional events for demand creation,
  • Play as team player, Participate in di erent strategy & planning meeting, Keep close coordination with DAE, local administration, others and share progress & seek assistance,
  • Monitor & analyze LF progress, Field crop situation of ARMS & competitor and demand & supply,
  • Discover new opportunities and o er products and services to prospective customers,
  • Document picture, video clip, eld visit report and insert in system, facebook page timely,
