  • To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
  • Ensure superior service level to all customer by effectively understanding the customer\'s need/query, resolving complaints, providing relevant product information and responding to it in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conducting product promotion to existing & potential customers over phone.
  • Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request record.
  • Building customer loyalty through follow-up over calls.
